Mesut Adlin is a photographer who grew up with the multicoloured, dirty and sparkling life of Beyoğlu, where he was born; and who transfers the traces of the lives he observed by walking the streets and slopes of the neighbourhood to his work. Adlin, who has been devoting most of his time to reading theatre texts and watching films for many years, is inspired by Guy Maddin, Charlie Kaufman, Kelly Reichardt and his love for cinema.
